Balancing Mind & Body: Exploring NET
Saturday, May 18th - 10:00-11:00 MDT
In-person event with Dr. Drozda at Hälsa
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body approach to health and wellness that integrates principles from neuroscience, psychology, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It aims to identify and address the emotional components of physical symptoms or health issues by balancing the body's energy system, particularly through the use of TCM meridians.
In TCM, meridians are energy pathways that flow throughout the body, facilitating the circulation of qi, or life force energy. There are twelve main meridians, each associated with specific organs and physiological functions. These meridians are interconnected and form a complex network of energy flow. Each organ has an emotional association. For example, anger is associated with the liver meridian, fear with the kidney meridian, and grief with the lung meridian. When emotions become trapped or unresolved, they can disrupt the flow of qi within the associated meridian, leading to physical symptoms or health problems.
In NET, practitioners use muscle testing, also known as Applied Kinesiology, to identify areas of emotional stress or imbalance within the body. By applying gentle pressure to specific muscles while the client focuses on a particular emotion or issue, the practitioner can assess the body's response and determine which meridians are affected.
This information-packed class will cover:
Practicing NET techniques with guidance & case studies will be used to illustrate the effectiveness of NET in addressing a wide range of emotional and physical issues. The class concludes with discussions on how participants can integrate NET principles and techniques into their daily lives for ongoing emotional and physical well-being. Self-care practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and journaling may be recommended to support the healing process. Handouts will be provided as a resource.
This class is valued at over $100 but you can attend for the affordable price of $22.22. Call our office to register for this class at 719-551-5282. Reserve your spot today. Due to the hands-on nature of this class, space is limited!

- An overview of what NET is and its underlying principles.
- The benefits of NET (treating the emotional root cause of disease, processing trauma in a non-invasive way, healing from chronic pain, managing stress, aligning TCM meridians).
- How emotional imbalance can manifest as physical symptoms or contribute to the development of diseases.
- A live demonstration of various techniques used in NET to identify and release trapped emotions including muscle testing, visualization, acupressure, and specific language patterns.
